IT Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for CSS & CSE, responsible for providing quality IT instruction to students in various academic methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and lead up to two cohorts of students in assigned academic delivery methodologies
• Train and develop Instructors to ensure effective teaching and coaching of students
• Monitor student progress and facilitate an engaging classroom environment to encourage retention and certification

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry preferred
• At least 2 years of experience with classroom and online instruction preferred
• Higher-level IT certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA CySA+, SecX, EC-Council CEH) are sought after
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications for the courses being taught
