IT Solutions Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Implementation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Install enterprise-grade software on servers and devices within the network
• Configure cloud services into customer networks and prepare networks for solutions
• Troubleshoot and support existing solutions and integrate with customers' Identity Providers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Support field
• Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, Net+
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and functions including DNS, SNMP, and TCP/IP
• High School Diploma or GED
