Job Summary
A company is looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide IT support and manage endpoint configurations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with clients on onboarding, projects, and change requests
- Monitor ticket queue for incidents requiring T2-T3 support and document resolutions in ServiceNow
- Create and maintain patching schedules and troubleshoot endpoint issues using management tools
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Support Technician in various support environments
- 5+ years of experience with endpoint configuration toolkits, primarily Intune/Autopilot
- Familiarity with Apple configuration toolkits and endpoint patching tools
- Technical proficiency with hardware and software technologies including Windows and MDM
- College or technology school degree is preferred
