Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist Technician, Technology Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for onboarding new employees and assist with rotational weekend support
- Provision PC, Mac, and Linux hardware, and deliver L1/L2 support through various communication channels
- Assist with testing and deploying new hardware and software, and oversee inventory for IT assets
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems
- 1+ years of related work experience in IT support
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow
- Basic understanding of Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Terminal
