Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Proficiency with Windows Server and familiarity with virtualization technologies
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of firewall management and network protocols
- At least one advanced-level certification is desired
