Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Team Lead Database Administrator for a hybrid contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational and strategic management of enterprise database systems across on-premise and cloud environments
  • Oversee database performance monitoring, incident response, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and manage compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT focusing on relational database management and administration
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams in database or platform engineering
  • Experience managing databases in both on-premise and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • A suitable combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
