Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Change Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Over seven years of relevant experience in digital transformation, including three years in AI strategy and adoption
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and applications in industrial settings
• Experience with change management and technology adoption frameworks
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and ethical considerations surrounding AI deployment
