Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and effective technical documentation, presentations, and reports for IT and cybersecurity initiatives
- Collaborate with senior IT leadership and technical teams to capture, structure, and communicate complex information
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to established standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience developing IT presentation material for technical information, particularly cybersecurity
- 10+ years of experience collaborating with senior and support IT personnel
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Forms
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
