ITSM Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program/Project Manager - ITSM Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of ITSM-related projects, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery
• Manage day-to-day activities of Business Analysts, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure progress against timelines
• Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to define requirements and maintain alignment throughout the program lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of project/program management experience within IT, ITSM, or enterprise applications
• Demonstrated experience overseeing ITSM or ITAM transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools
• Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts
