Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee quality assurance and release management processes for production-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan release windows and manage the release lifecycle in coordination with delivery leads
• Develop and manage a release schedule, ensuring documentation and testing sign-off are completed
• Lead release readiness reviews and define key performance indicators for software delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development lifecycle and release management
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks, including SAFe
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and compliance standards
• Proven experience in managing Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration pipelines
