Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program goals and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, providing updates on program status, risks, and key decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of program management experience in healthcare, health IT, or SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects or programs concurrently
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)
