A company is looking for a Project Manager II - Mortgage Originations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through close, ensuring clarity in scope and team roles
- Develop project plans, including requirements, schedules, and deliverables, while communicating with stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions, and support larger initiatives under higher management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' project management experience, or a combined minimum of 5 years' education/work experience with 3 years' project management experience
- Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages
- Experience in managing project scope, schedule, and costs
- Ability to lead and mentor project teams to enhance performance
- Familiarity with risk management and regulatory standards
