Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Strategic Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads process improvements for program management processes and tools
• Manages complex programs/projects ensuring compliance with standards
• Develops performance metrics and management tools for project status tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, safety, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Extensive leadership experience managing a team of up to 5 members
• Minimum of five (5) years of program management experience
• Minimum of ten (10) years of telecommunications, engineering, or regulated industry experience preferred
• Ability for some travel and availability to meet business needs 24/7
