Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 20+ implementation projects related to regulatory requirements
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with new regulations
- Document key decisions and prepare executive presentation materials regarding implementation projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in implementation, project management, or regulatory compliance
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge and experience in the health insurance or vision care industry
- Familiarity with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and State Medicaid agency requirements
