Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of SaaS-based treasury and risk management solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and configuration phases
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and manage internal strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in a project management role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT-related field preferred
• PMP or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Kantata, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Strong experience with financial software products
