Remote Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Scrum Master to support projects within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap of the solution, participating in release planning and product development cycles
• Develop detailed product stories and manage customer needs while prioritizing requirements
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of equivalent work experience; additional relevant experience may substitute for education
• Agile certification(s) such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with executive-level customers
