Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and activities for monitoring contract and grant performance, including developing and tracking metrics
- Coordinate communications related to contracts and grants, including scheduling meetings and providing status updates
- Act as the principal project lead and liaison between agency management and vendors, ensuring compliance and resolving disputes
Required Qualifications
- 20 years of experience with knowledge of government regulations, laws, and software licensing practices
- 20 years of experience in operationally managing a portfolio of customer expenditure
- 20 years of experience delivering efficiencies and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- 15 years of experience with DCS contract practices and budgeting
- 8 years of experience in planning, coordination, requirements gathering, and business analysis
