Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Supervisor, Project Management in Central Labs Services / Clinical Research.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the assigned team and ensure resource allocation for project plans
- Grow and develop the team, establishing performance objectives and conducting evaluations
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in clinical research or a similar industry
- 1+ year of leadership experience or 3 years of client-facing experience
- Minimum required education: High School Diploma; preferred: University Degree
- Proven record of driving continuous improvement and successful project completion
- Strong change management skills
