Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Supervisor, Project Management in Central Labs Services / Clinical Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned team and ensure resource allocation for project plans
• Grow and develop the team, establishing performance objectives and conducting evaluations
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research or a similar industry
• 1+ year of leadership experience or 3 years of client-facing experience
• Minimum required education: High School Diploma; preferred: University Degree
• Proven record of driving continuous improvement and successful project completion
• Strong change management skills
