Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate intake request processes and track statuses to ensure timely progression
- Maintain and update project management systems to reflect real-time project statuses
- Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings and document high-level business needs during discovery calls
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Experience supporting project lifecycle activities from intake through execution
- Project management coursework or foundational training preferred
