Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and high-quality SaaS product releases through cross-functional collaboration
• Manage beta testing processes and track exit criteria, including customer feedback and product usage
• Provide regular updates and risk assessments to senior stakeholders and maintain operational documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• PMP Certification required; PgMP or advanced PM certifications are a plus
• 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in executive-level reporting and presenting metrics to senior leadership
