Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and success criteria
• Lead proactive identification and management of project opportunities, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Enhance organizational project management capabilities through training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and PMP certification preferred
• Minimum 7 years of business experience, including 5 years in cross-functional project management
• Experience in new product development and/or IT, preferably in food/beverage
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and create effective team structures
• Proficient in project planning software and standard MS Office applications
