Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and deliver high-value outcomes
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to enhance performance and adoption of Agile principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Introductory Scrum Master certification required; advanced certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams in a complex environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Lean)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
