IVA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IVA Specialist (Digital Lab) to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deploy Veeva CLM content using Adobe Experience Manager
• Manage projects and collaborate with internal and external agencies throughout the Material Review Process
• Maintain an inventory of content components and templates for consistency across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Veeva CRM, specifically in IVAs
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets, and Figma
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong strategic thinking skills to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations
