We are seeking an Ads Account Specialist with expertise in creating and managing profitable campaigns for lead-generation businesses.
In this role, you’ll Manage and optimize Ads campaigns ensuring the use of effective campaign structures and bidding strategies.
Key responsabilities
- Manage, develop and optimize the paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Continuously track campaign results in HubSpot CRM and link campaigns to CRMs and verify that leads are being delivered correctly.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid media and apply this knowledge to daily work.
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams, such as creative and data analytics, to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Create standardized reports and customized reports in presentations.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify campaign optimization opportunities.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities by tackling challenges independently, taking initiative to overcome obstacles, and asking for support only when necessary.
- Ability to write polished, persuasive ad copies.
- Contribute to testing strategies that drive campaign improvements.
- Proactively manage workload across multiple accounts and deliver on-time.
- Fluent in English — oral and written communication.
- Strong skills and 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Facebook is a plus).
- Knowledge of using and linking campaigns with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
- Comfort with campaign budgeting, bidding, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and a self-starter attitude.
- Proficiency in reporting: Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets.
