Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing (contract to hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute organic growth strategy across content marketing, social, and SEO to drive high-quality inbound traffic and demand
• Refine brand messaging and develop content aligned with user intent and search behavior to increase visibility and conversions
• Identify and test growth levers through A/B experiments, referrals, and email marketing/SMS optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition
• Experience driving growth in a tech-enabled business with a strong understanding of digital products and marketing strategy
• Knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices, and experience in building conversion and lifecycle engagement journeys
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile landing page optimization and solid understanding of SEO concepts
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and analytics
