Job Summary

A company is looking for a QUEST JAVA Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the QUEST Subject Matter Expert (SME) for two Agile SCRUM teams supporting Long Term Care rate actions
• Analyze and implement changes needed for business solutions while ensuring adherence to technical architecture
• Support defect resolution, technical system activities, and participate in Agile ceremonies and administrative duties

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree and relevant experience with strong JAVA programming skills
• 6+ years of professional experience in technology or insurance
• 6+ years of application development experience with Java, Oracle, JBoss, and related tools
• Experience in a cross-functional team environment and understanding of complex business logic
• A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies
