Jira Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jira Developer to support and enhance their Atlassian Jira Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects in the Atlassian Cloud environment
• Develop and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions to support business operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Jira solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Jira administration and development, focusing on Jira Cloud
• Strong proficiency in JQL and hands-on experience with Jira ITSM configuration
• Preferred experience with Jira on-premise to cloud migration, including workflows and data
• Familiarity with Atlassian Access and basic understanding of Active Directory and access controls
• Experience with Jira REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript for custom development
