As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative influencer strategies to elevate brand visibility and drive customer engagement. You’ll be the key contact for content creators and manage partnerships that align with the brand's values and aesthetic. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a data-driven approach to maximize ROI and brand impact. Accountabilities:

• Design and implement influencer marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Manage and grow relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to align with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are integrated across all marketing channels.
• Monitor trends in social media and influencer marketing to identify new opportunities.
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Maintain a strong brand voice and ensure message consistency across all collaborations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on influencer collaboration.
• Proven success in developing and managing influencer campaigns across various platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in German and English.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
• A passion for sustainability, fashion, and digital innovation is a strong plus.
