Job Responsibilities

• Provide phone coverage, take messages, and track team availability

• Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, rooms, and virtual conferencing

• Support client engagement activities such as ordering Lucites and coordinating events

• Book travel including flights, hotels, car rentals, and prepare detailed itineraries

• Submit accurate and timely expense reports

Job Skills/Requirements

• Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A positive team player willing to provide coverage and support across teams

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $23 - $28/hr
