Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive the development of intelligent systems for data extraction from unstructured documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems for document ingestion and data extraction
• Build and fine-tune LLMs and generative AI models for interpreting and summarizing complex unstructured content
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with product requirements and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least three years in a technical or team leadership role
• Hands-on experience building and deploying S/LLMs or generative AI applications
• Proven track record of extracting structured data from unstructured document sources
• Strong software engineering skills in Python and ML frameworks
• Experience with OCR technologies, NLP techniques, and model deployment in production environments
