Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer responsible for owning complex AI agent platform components and mentoring other engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered low-code platform capabilities
• Architect and optimize agent orchestration pipelines, integrating with AWS services and Kubernetes
• Act as a technical mentor, driving AI engineering best practices and knowledge sharing across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in AI/ML engineering or AI agent systems
• Strong skills in C# (.NET Core) and proficiency in Python or Java
• Expertise in AWS cloud services and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and knowledge of LLM prompt engineering
