Lead AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver generative AI-powered features using Anthropic's Large Language Models through AWS Bedrock
• Evaluate emerging technologies to inform and accelerate product innovation
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design, build, test, review, debug, and deploy code that serves students and educators

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years experience developing production-level code in Ruby on Rails, Vue.js & TypeScript
• 3+ years experience with web app development and deployment
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building integrations with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini)
• Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on new ideas to validate product concepts with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working on a cross-functional team of engineers and non-engineers
