Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of business analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel or SQL
• Experience in training and supporting other individual contributors
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
