Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytic discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in analytics
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in coding (Python, R, SQL) and BI tools
• Expertise in data analysis and developing strategies using advanced data-driven insights
• Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders through impactful presentations
