Lead Backend Engineer

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems
• Deep expertise in system architecture and API design
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend stack (e.g., Java, Golang, C++)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience in payments or fintech domains is preferred but not required
