Lead Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, back end (L5/6).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the client application and manage the release of features to customers
• Own projects that require iterative problem-solving and validation
• Collaborate with the product manager to shape the product direction based on commercial needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior/lead role
• Experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale
• Deep knowledge of server-side and back-end technologies
• Relevant experience in building enterprise-grade SaaS products, particularly in AI-powered video generation
• Previous leadership experience of smaller teams is a plus
