Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst (CAHPS) to perform advanced analysis for process improvements impacting membership retention and STAR ratings.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CAHPS survey feedback into strategic initiatives to enhance STAR ratings and retention
• Lead annual CMS STAR rating disenrollment audits and identify gaps affecting Medicare STAR ratings
• Provide advanced insight and dashboard development support for business leadership using various analytical tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in statistical or data analysis, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with CMS Plan Finder audits and project management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL and SAS queries
• Ability to modify Tableau and Power BI dashboards
