Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Technical Analyst, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Business Technical Analysts and coordinates technical training
• Gathers and analyzes data to improve internal processes and reporting
• Mentors team members to enhance their expertise and knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics
• 5+ years of experience in business technical analysis or a similar role
• Preferred Master's degree in a related field may substitute for some experience
• Experience with SQL, ETL, SAS, or Power BI is preferred
• Healthcare experience with Medicaid or Medicare is a plus
