Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Career Instructor for a part-time position in Spring 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 40 hours of training sessions to build proficiency with teaching tools and instructional strategies
• Lead lectures and career workshops for the Careers in Tech course, supporting student learning objectives
• Manage and mentor Teaching Assistants while holding regular virtual office hours for student engagement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering using Python
• Prior experience leading career development sessions and delivering mock technical interviews
• Part-time availability from January 2026 through June 2026, with commitment to the course schedule
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and prior experience leading classrooms
