Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for a Full-Time position focused on Algorithms & System Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 40 hours of training sessions to build proficiency with teaching tools and instructional strategies
• Lead lectures for an Algorithms & System Design course, supporting up to 50 students per section
• Manage and mentor Assistant Instructors and Teaching Assistants while fostering a strong community

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering using Python
• Full-time availability from January 2026 through June 2026
• Available to complete 40 hours of training in mid-November through mid-December
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated passion for teaching with prior classroom leadership experience
