Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst, Operations, Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics partner for the Quality team, ensuring compliance with FDA and pharmacy regulations
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring Quality performance metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and perform in-depth analysis of quality events and operational data

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or a related field
• Experience in Quality functions within a pharmacy or FDA-regulated environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern analytics tools such as Looker and Google BigQuery
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis methodologies related to quality and operational datasets
