Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to join their Engineering team focused on data development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan new platform data solutions in collaboration with the product team and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with peers to implement high-quality software and assist in planning new features
• Develop subject matter expertise in the data ecosystem and support various internal teams through code development

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience utilizing Python and SQL for data applications or 3+ years as a Software Engineer in a Python codebase
• Experience working on production-level data systems in a collaborative environment
• Proficient with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Familiar with development principles such as performance optimization and cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of distributed computing architecture and data storage patterns
