Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst II to drive transformational change through data insights and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and reporting to stakeholders, including administration of KPIs and management dashboards
• Serve as a subject matter expert for software solutions and technical tools, promoting continuous improvement and automation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, designing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role
• Intermediate or better experience with MS Excel, Access, and Oracle databases
• Coding skills in SQL, Macros, Python, etc
• Familiarity with data cleaning and exploratory data analysis techniques
• Experience with operational process re-engineering and low-code automation tools is preferred
