Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer - Snowflake (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and scale data infrastructure, focusing on automation, reliability, and performance
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and manage Snowflake environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data product requirements and ensure compliance with security policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in leading data engineering and implementing ETL/ELT solutions
• Hands-on experience with application development, relational database design, and data modeling
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Familiarity with database design concepts and data movement principles
