Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Inbound Ops & Workforce Analytics to drive workforce planning and analytics within their Inbound Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement labor forecasting models and conduct operational labor reviews with stakeholders
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics to support labor utilization and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies and optimize labor planning
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, labor analytics, or operations strategy
- 2+ years of experience managing others in a strategic planning or workforce analytics role
- Proven track record in developing headcount models and workforce strategies
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel, or similar BI tools
- Bachelor's degree in a transferable field
