Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve the core data stack to meet AI workload demands
• Define and implement standards for data product observability and access
• Support data pipelines and unify workflows from ingestion to model serving

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in building cloud-scale data infrastructure or ML platforms
• Hands-on experience with Spark, SQL, and Python and/or Scala
• Understanding of streaming systems like Kafka or Flink
• Experience with orchestration systems, CI/CD, and production monitoring
• Interest in defining data product standards and AI observability metrics
