Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, preferably in high-growth tech companies
- Proven experience in evolving brand systems across multiple channels
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns, systems thinking, and creative leadership
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion/animation skills are a plus
- Experience leading projects from brief to delivery with cross-functional collaboration
