UX Researcher/Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher/Designer to assist with the Discovery phase for internal web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery by planning and conducting user research to identify jobs, pain points, and workflows
• Facilitate sessions including interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to uncover assumptions
• Summarize findings and create user experience maps, personas, and wireframes to guide product direction

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in user research on product teams, preferably in enterprise or B2B settings
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Mural, and Office
• Experience in planning and conducting interviews and usability tests
• Ability to produce personas, journey maps, task flows, and low-fidelity wireframes independently
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to guide discussions and drive clarity
