Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Design Automation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Build systems that connect InDesign with structured data sources to automatically generate teacher guide layouts
• Leverage AI tools to clean, standardize, and transform educational content data for design automation workflows
• Optimize and script InDesign templates for automated population while ensuring design integrity

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe InDesign scripting (JavaScript/ExtendScript) and automation workflows
• Proficiency in data processing and transformation (Excel, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities for content processing and data cleaning
• Experience working with structured data formats (CSV, JSON, XML) and spreadsheets
• Design sensibility to maintain visual quality and layout integrity in automated workflows
