• Work with writers to ensure unified messaging and validate designs through research

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience mentoring or managing team members
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends
• Working knowledge of WCAG as it applies to email
